Las Vegas, NV – It was an amped up night as U.S.A. dance crews gathered at the Red Rock Resort for the U.S.A. orientation of the 2012 Hip Hop International. From Hawaii to New Jersey, all the dance crews illustrated their pride in participating in the two day U.S.A Dance Championships. Hyping up the crowd was AJ Maldonado and Mookie Washington as they introduced each crew’s director.
Founder of HHI Howard Schwartz spoke to the crowd as introduced the week’s competition and workshops. Schwartz also introduced the judges for the U.S. portion of HHI’s competition.
Making the most noise during the crew introductions included the School District, Academy of Villains and Academy of Hype.
The excitement continued as everyone at the orientation sang “Happy Birthday” to Tu DeVera.
